🌱 Why I Wrote “Dear Me of 2025” (Extended & Personal Version)
I wrote “Dear Me of 2025” not just as a creative exercise, but as a personal reflection — a way to express my deepest hopes and fears about the future of our planet.
Sometimes I look around and wonder: What kind of world will we be living in 25 years from now? Will our children be able to breathe clean air, walk through green cities, or learn in classrooms that truly prepare them for the real world? These questions inspired me to write this story — to imagine a future where we’ve made the right choices.
“Dear Me of 2025” is a letter to my present self, a reminder that every small decision we make today — from how we learn, to how we live, to how we power our lives — will shape the world of tomorrow. I wanted to create a vision where technology and nature are not enemies, but allies, where innovation serves the planet, not destroys it.
Writing from the perspective of someone living in 2050 helped me dream bigger. It allowed me to picture a world where schools are green, cars are clean, cities breathe, and people live in harmony with the environment — not just in theory, but in everyday life.
But this story isn’t just about me. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt powerless in the face of climate change or overwhelmed by the challenges of our time. I hope it serves as a reminder that real change begins with belief — and then with action.
